  • 8 oz softened cream cheese
  • 1 cup sugar (divided)
  • 8 oz whipped topping
  • 6 oz strawberry gelatin
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 2 cups sliced strawberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F. Combine crushed pretzels, melted butter, and 3 tablespoons of sugar in a bowl. Press into a baking pan and bake for 10 minutes. Allow to cool.
  2. Beat cream cheese with 1 cup of sugar until smooth. Fold in whipped topping and spread over the cooled crust.
  3. Refrigerate for one hour. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; add sliced strawberries once cool. Pour over cream cheese layer.
  4. Chill for at least four hours before serving.
