  • tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 12 oz penne pasta
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
