  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, optional

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Cut chicken breasts horizontally into thin cutlets and marinate with olive oil, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Sauté spinach in a skillet until wilted, then mix into softened cream cheese with half of the mozzarella.
