Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350F (175C) and grease a loaf pan.

  3. In another bowl, mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and spices until combined.
  4. Fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture gently until just combined.
  5. Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  6. Bake for about 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
