  • 1 lb bacon (cooked and chopped)
  • 8 oz plain cream cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 oz dry Ranch salad dressing mix
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 3 medium tomatoes (seeded and diced)
  • 4 medium green onions (sliced)
  • 2 cups shredded iceberg or romaine lettuce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Cook bacon on a sheet pan for 15–20 minutes until crispy. Remove with a slotted spoon and chop after cooling.
  2. In a bowl, blend cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, and Ranch dressing mix using an electric mixer until smooth.
  3. Stir in half of the bacon and tomatoes by hand. Fold in cheddar cheese, half the lettuce, and green onions while reserving some for garnish.
  4. Transfer to a shallow dish, cover with plastic wrap, and chill for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  5. Just before serving, garnish with remaining bacon, tomatoes, lettuce, and green onions. Serve with dippers like crostini or chips.
