  • 1.5 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
  • 1.5 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 0.5 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Prepare the vegetables by chopping the zucchini and onion into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a wok or large skillet, heat the sesame oil over medium-low heat and sauté the chopped onion for about 3-5 minutes until translucent. Add minced garlic and sauté for another minute.
  3. Increase the heat to medium, then add the chopped zucchini along with soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, and hoisin sauce. Cook for about 5-8 minutes until the zucchini is tender yet crisp.
