  • 1 cup keto marinara sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 pound Italian sausage (ground)
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 1 whole egg
  • Fresh basil and parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Slice zucchinis into thin strips and salt them to draw out moisture; let sit for 20 minutes.
  3. Bake zucchini slices for 10 minutes; pat dry.
  4. Brown Italian sausage in a frying pan and let cool slightly.
