  • 750 mL white wine (Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Grigio, or Chardonnay)
  • 2 D'Anjou pears, sliced
  • 2 limes, sliced
  • 1 cups fresh cranberries (divided)
  • 6 ounces chilled ginger beer
  • Fresh rosemary for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large pitcher, combine the sliced pears, limes, and 1 cup of cranberries. Halve the remaining cranberries and add them to the pitcher.
  2. Pour the white wine over the fruit mixture. Cover tightly and refrigerate for at least 4 hours to allow flavors to meld.
  3. Just before serving, top the sangria with chilled ginger beer. Stir gently and pour into glasses garnished with fresh rosemary.
