  • 2 cups cubed watermelon
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta (vegan or regular)

  • 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1 tsp lime zest
  • 1/2 tbsp finely chopped mint
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions
