  • 16 oz rotini pasta (multicolored vegetable)
  • 1/2 cup roasted red peppers (diced)
  • 1/2 yellow onion (diced)
  • 2 oz can black olives (sliced)
  • 1/2 large cucumber (peeled and diced)
  • 12 slices Buddig Honey Ham (chopped)
  • 10 Frigo Wisconsin Cheddar Cheese sticks (chopped)
  • 1 cup Old Wisconsin Turkey Sausage Sticks (sliced thin)
  • 1/23/4 cup Italian dressing
  • Grated Parmesan cheese for topping

Instructions

  1. Cook the rotini pasta in a large pot of boiling water until al dente. Drain and let cool.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cooled pasta with roasted red peppers, onion, olives, cucumber, ham, cheddar cheese, and turkey sausage.
  3. Pour Italian dressing over the mixture and toss gently until well coated. Adjust dressing to taste.
  4. Transfer the salad to a serving dish and top with grated Parmesan cheese. Chill before serving.
