  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 garlic cloves, grated
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley, for garnish
  • 1 lb / 680 g thick-cut fries (frozen or freshly cut)
  • 1 lb / 450 g baby potatoes, halved
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 3 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1 small carrot, shredded
  • 1 red onion, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • ¾ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken: In a bowl, mix olive oil, barbecue sauce, honey, grated garlic, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Coat the chicken breasts well and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Toss baby potatoes in olive oil, salt, and paprika. Spread them on one side of a baking tray with fries on the other.
  3. Bake for 25-30 minutes until crispy.
  4. Grill the marinated chicken on medium-high heat for 4-5 minutes per side until fully cooked.
  5. Allow the chicken to rest before slicing.
  6. Prepare slaw by mixing shredded cabbage, carrot, onion, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  7. Serve sliced chicken alongside fries and potatoes with creamy slaw.
