  • 12 Hawaiian rolls
  • 2 cups prepared stuffing mix
  • 68 ounces carved deli turkey or leftover turkey
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 3 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons minced dried onion
  • 2 teaspoons poppy seeds

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients.
  2. Preheat the oven to 350F.
  3. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in a greased 9×13 baking dish.
  4. Spread the stuffing mix evenly over the bottom rolls.
  5. Layer sliced turkey generously on top of the stuffing.
  6. Mix cranberry sauce with half of the Dijon mustard and spread it over the turkey layer.
  7. Place the top halves of the rolls on top and press gently.
  8. In a bowl, melt butter and combine with remaining Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, dried onion, and poppy seeds; drizzle over the rolls.
  9. Bake for about 15 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Let cool slightly before slicing into individual sliders.
