  • 20 gyozas (or potstickers)
  • 4 garlic cloves (grated)
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 can (14 oz) unsweetened coconut milk
  • 3 tbsp Thai red curry paste
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • Chopped chives for garnish

Instructions

  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat. Saut garlic and ginger until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
  3. Pour in chicken broth and coconut milk, then add soy sauce, fish sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, Thai red curry paste, and lime juice. Stir well and simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Cook gyozas in boiling water according to package instructions (about 2-3 minutes). Drain them.
