  • 16 oz uncooked penne pasta
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 small zucchini
  • cup corn kernels
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 22 oz Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425F (220C) and spray a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In the prepared dish, combine uncooked penne, shredded chicken, cherry tomatoes, diced zucchini, corn, and basil.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together chicken broth, Alfredo sauce, vinegar, pesto, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, garlic powder, and onion powder. Pour over the pasta mixture and stir well.
  4. Cover tightly with aluminum foil and bake for about 40 minutes.
  5. Remove the foil, sprinkle cheese on top, then broil for an additional 1-2 minutes until melted and golden.
