  • cup unsalted butter (softened)
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • Vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350F (175C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
  2. Prepare the strawberry cake mix according to package instructions.
  3. Gently fold in strawberries, white chocolate chips, coconut, and optional nuts.
  4. Pour half of the batter into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly.
  5. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and butter until smooth; add powdered sugar and vanilla, mixing until creamy.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of cream cheese mixture over the batter and swirl gently with a knife.
  7. Pour remaining batter over the cream cheese layer and swirl again for presentation.
