  • ¾ teaspoon brown sugar

  • ½ teaspoon chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon mustard powder
  • 23 tablespoons olive oil
  • ¾ cup dry white wine
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic (thinly sliced)
  • 4 sprigs fresh thyme
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (finely chopped)

Instructions

  1. Combine seasonings in a bowl and set aside. Tenderize the steak using a meat mallet.
  2. Cut steak into 1-inch cubes and season generously with salt and spice mix.
