  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter

  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

  1. Cook the shell pasta in salted boiling water until al dente; reserve cup of pasta water before draining.
  2. Season steak bites with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the steak for 23 minutes per side until browned.

  4. Stir in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Gradually whisk in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  5. Toss cooked pasta into the sauce, adding reserved pasta water as needed for desired consistency.
