  • 6 oz box strawberry Jello
  • 6 oz box berry blue Jello
  • 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 envelopes unflavored Vegan Gelatin
  • 5½ cups boiling water (divided)
  • ½ cup cold water

Instructions

  1. Line four small loaf pans with plastic wrap. In separate bowls, dissolve each Jello flavor in 1 cup of boiling water and stir until fully dissolved. Allow to cool before pouring into pans. Chill for at least 3 hours or overnight.
  2. Once set, cut the Jello into ½-inch blocks and arrange in a jelly roll pan lined with plastic wrap.
  3. Bloom the Vegan Gelatin in cold water for 5 minutes, then combine with boiling water and sweetened condensed milk; let cool slightly.
  4. Pour the milk mixture over the arranged Jello blocks and chill until firm (at least 3 hours or overnight).
  5. Cut into fun shapes or blocks to serve.
