  • 1/2 cup confectioners sugar

  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

  • 1 teaspoon cream of tartar

Instructions

  3. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and cream of tartar.
  4. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet mixture until fully blended.
  5. Chill the dough covered with plastic wrap for at least one hour.
  6. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line cookie sheets with parchment paper.
  7. Roll dough into balls (about 2 tablespoons each) and coat with sprinkles before placing them on prepared sheets.
  8. Bake for 8-10 minutes until edges are slightly golden. Cool on wire racks.
