  • 10 oz frozen spinach (thawed and drained)
  • 8 oz jar artichoke hearts (drained and chopped)
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 4 oz cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1214 wonton wrappers
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F (175C).
  2. Press wonton wrappers into a muffin tin and lightly spray with cooking spray. Bake for 5 minutes.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine spinach, chopped artichokes, mayonnaise, sour cream, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and minced garlic until well mixed.
  4. Fill each wonton cup generously with the mixture.
  5. Bake for another 10 minutes or until golden brown.
