  • ¾ cup cocoa powder
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ⅓ cup white chocolate chips (melted)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13 inch pan with foil and spray with cooking spray.
  2. Melt butter in a medium saucepan over low heat; stir in cocoa powder until combined.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat eggs, sugar, and oil until light; add melted butter mixture and vanilla, stirring until smooth.
  4. In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add to wet ingredients; stir until just combined.
  5. Pour batter into prepared pan; bake for 25–30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely before cutting.
  6. For decoration, pipe melted white chocolate into a spider web pattern on the cooled brownies.
