  • 1 lb fresh salmon fillet (diced)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375F (190C).
  2. Rinse the sushi rice until the water runs clear. Cook it with water according to package instructions.
  3. In a bowl, mix rice vinegar, sugar, and salt until dissolved. Once the rice is cooked, fluff it and fold in the mixture.
  4. Spread the seasoned rice in a baking dish while cooling.
  5. In another bowl, combine diced salmon, mayonnaise, Sriracha sauce, sesame oil, and chopped green onions. Mix well.
  6. Layer the salmon mixture over the cooled rice.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden on top.
