  • 1/3 cup chopped green onion (white/light green parts)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh grated ginger
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce or tamari
  • 2 tablespoons chili garlic sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon honey, maple syrup, or brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Boil the ramen noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a saucepan, sauté the green onion, ginger, garlic, and oil over medium heat for about 3–5 minutes until fragrant.
