  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1 small red onion, diced
  • 6 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 cup tomato paste
  • 1/4 cup vegetable broth
  • 1 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
