  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • 1 green onion
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp gochugaru
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Spiral-cut the cucumbers using a spiralizer or knife.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine salted cucumbers and massage to release moisture; let sit for 15-20 minutes.
  3. Rinse and dry the cucumbers thoroughly.
