  • 2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast
  • 2 large eggs
  • 4 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 10 tbsp unsalted butter (room temperature)
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped chocolate
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 7 oz marshmallow creme

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine warm milk and yeast; let sit for about 5 minutes until foamy.
  2. Add beaten eggs, sugar, salt, and softened butter; mix well.
  3. Gradually incorporate flour until a soft dough forms. Knead on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm place for about 60 minutes or until doubled in size.
  5. For the filling, beat together butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon; stir in chocolate and graham cracker crumbs.
  6. Roll out the dough into a rectangle and spread the filling evenly over it. Roll tightly into a log and cut into equal pieces.
  7. Place rolls on a parchment-lined baking sheet; let rise again for another 30-40 minutes.
  8. Preheat oven to 350F (175C) and bake rolls for about 23 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Mix marshmallow creme with water; spread over warm rolls after baking.
