  • 1 lb chicken breasts
  • 5 medium-sized potatoes, chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Garlic powder and paprika for seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp minced garlic
  • Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan Sauce (to coat)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Wash and chop the potatoes into bite-sized pieces. Toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika in a mixing bowl.
  2. Layer the seasoned potatoes at the bottom of your slow cooker.
  3. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, onion powder, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
  4. Place the chicken on top of the potatoes and sprinkle minced garlic over it.
  5. Pour Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan Sauce over the chicken.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 67 hours or high for 34 hours until chicken is cooked through.
  7. In the last 30 minutes, top with shredded mozzarella cheese and cover until melted.
  8. Serve warm; garnish if desired.
