  • 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup (or cream of mushroom)
  • 1 cup chicken broth (or vegetable broth)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Wash and halve the baby potatoes. Trim excess fat from the chicken.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ranch seasoning, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Layer halved potatoes in the slow cooker; place chicken on top and pour the ranch mixture over everything.
