  • 1 package Frozen Potstickers/Gyoza
  • 1/4 cup Water (for steaming)
  • 8 oz White Button Mushrooms
  • 2 cups Broccoli Florets
  • 1 cup Green Beans
  • 1 large Carrot (shredded)
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 3 tbsp Soy Sauce (Reduced-Sodium)
  • 1 tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Sugar/Honey
  • 1 tsp Fresh Ginger (Grated)
  • 1 tbsp Cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp Cold Water

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by washing and chopping all vegetables.
  2. In a skillet or wok, heat sesame oil over medium-high heat. Add frozen potstickers and water; cover and steam for 5-7 minutes until heated through.
  3. Remove potstickers and saut onions until translucent in the same pan. Add mushrooms, broccoli, green beans, and carrot; cook until tender-crisp (about 5 minutes).
  4. Whisk together sauce ingredients in a bowl; pour over vegetables in the skillet.
  5. Return potstickers to the skillet and toss everything together until well coated with sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
