  • 1 1/2 cups sweetened shredded coconut
  • 10 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • 4 to 5 ounces salted caramel sauce
  • 3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (melted for drizzling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F and spray a 9-inch pie dish with cooking spray.
  2. Melt the butter in a microwave-safe bowl for about one minute.
  3. Let the butter cool slightly before whisking in the egg, brown sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Stir in flour and salt until just combined; pour into prepared pie dish and bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are firm.
  5. Sprinkle chocolate chips over baked crust, followed by shredded coconut.
