  • 1 tablespoon honey (divided)
  • 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 slices of crusty bread, toasted
  • Fresh thyme or basil leaves (optional)

Instructions
