  • 1 ball of pizza dough (about 12-inch)
  • 1 head of garlic
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil, divided
  • 1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 3/4 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425F (220C). Roast the garlic by drizzling with olive oil and wrapping in foil; bake for 20 minutes.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to about 12 inches in diameter.
  3. Squeeze roasted garlic into a bowl; mash and mix with ricotta, remaining olive oil, salt, and pepper for a smooth white sauce.
  4. Spread the garlic sauce over the dough; top with shredded chicken, mozzarella, Parmesan, and oregano.
  5. Bake for 1520 minutes until golden brown and bubbly. Garnish with fresh basil if desired.
