  • 8 medium carrots, peeled and sliced into sticks
  • 1 lb broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Fresh cracked black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon red chili flakes
  • Optional: 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese, fresh chopped parsley

Instructions

  2. Arrange the carrot sticks and broccoli florets on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil.
