  • 7 store-bought oatmeal cookies
  • 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup white chocolate melts
  • 1 cup diced strawberries
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 container (8 oz) Cool Whip, thawed & divided

Instructions

  1. Crush the oatmeal cookies into fine crumbs and layer them in the bottom of 7 cups.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat together cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Melt the white chocolate according to package instructions and mix it into the cream cheese mixture. Fold in 1 1/2 cups of Cool Whip.
  3. Layer the cheesecake mixture over the cookie base in each cup, followed by a spoonful of mixed berries.
  4. Top with more cheesecake mixture and finish with Cool Whip swirls. Garnish with chocolate-covered strawberries and festive sprinkles before serving.
