  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise

  • 1/3 cup dill pickles (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon pickle juice

  • 2 tablespoons fresh chives (chopped fine)
  • 1/4 + 1/8 teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper (ground)
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika

Instructions

  1. Boil water in a large pot. Gently add eggs and cook for 13 minutes. Transfer to an ice bath.
  2. Once cooled, peel the eggs starting from the wider end.
  3. Chop peeled eggs into small pieces in a mixing bowl and add mayonnaise, mustard, pickles, pickle juice, dill, and chives.
  4. Season with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika; mix until well combined.
  5. Serve immediately on bread or crackers.
