  • cup pumpkin pure
  • 1 cups buttermilk
  • 3 tbsp butter (melted)
  • 1 cup pure maple syrup
  • cup heavy cream
  • cup chopped pecans

  2. In another bowl, whisk together buttermilk, pumpkin pure, eggs, and melted butter until smooth.
  3. Gradually mix the wet ingredients into the dry mixture until just combined.
  4. Preheat a greased griddle over medium heat. Pour about cup of batter for each pancake and cook until bubbles form; flip and cook until golden brown.
  5. For the praline topping, combine maple syrup, heavy cream, chopped pecans, vanilla extract, and salt in a saucepan over medium heat until heated through.
