  • 1 cup Canned Pumpkin Puree
  • 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ground Cloves
  • 1 beaten Egg (for egg wash)
  • Powdered Sugar (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400F (200C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
  3. In a bowl, mix the pumpkin puree, granulated sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and ground cloves until well combined.
  4. Cut the pastry into rectangles. Place a spoonful of filling on each rectangle and fold or twist as desired.
