  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 7.5 oz chive & onion cream cheese spread
  • 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese (freshly grated)
  • teaspoon salt
  • teaspoon pepper
  • teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 bell pepper stem (for decoration)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat together softened cream cheese, chive & onion spread, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and 1 cups of shredded sharp cheddar until smooth.
  2. Lay out a double layer of cling wrap on your counter.
  3. Sprinkle ? cup shredded cheddar in the center where the bottom of the cheese ball will rest.
  4. Spoon the cheese mixture over the cheddar layer and cover with remaining shredded cheddar.
  5. Wrap tightly in cling wrap to form a round shape.
  6. Use thick rubber bands to create grooves resembling a pumpkin shape.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
  8. Remove rubber bands and add bell pepper stem on top before serving.
