  • 1 cup jasmine rice
  • 1 cup fresh cilantro leaves
  • 23 cloves garlic (for marinade and sauce)
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 cup chicken stock
  • Spices: ground cumin, smoked paprika, turmeric
  • Mayonnaise and sour cream (for the green sauce)

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken in a mixture of minced garlic, lime juice, oil, cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper for at least 1 hour.
