  • 1 package McCormick® Brown Gravy Mix
  • 3/4 cup cold water
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Ground Ginger
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 pound boneless beef sirloin steak (thinly sliced)
  • 1 small onion (cut into thin wedges)
  • 1 medium green or red bell pepper (cut into thin strips)

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix the brown gravy mix with cold water, soy sauce, and ground ginger until well blended; set aside.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the thinly sliced sirloin steak and cook for about 2 minutes or until no longer pink.
  3. Stir in the prepared gravy mixture along with onion wedges and bell pepper strips.
  4. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for about 6 to 8 minutes until the sauce thickens.
