  • 1 Baguette (about 25 inches long)
  • 10 oz Brie cheese
  • 1 Anju pear
  • 2 Tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 Clove Garlic (crushed)
  • 2 Tbsp Fresh rosemary (finely chopped)
  • 2 Tbsp Fresh thyme (finely chopped)
  • 23 Tbsp Balsamic reduction

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to broil.
  2. Slice the baguette diagonally into inch thick pieces.
  3. Cut brie and pear into thin slices.
  4. Mix crushed garlic with olive oil and lightly brush each side of the baguette slices.
  5. Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet and broil for about 2 minutes until golden brown, flipping halfway through.
  6. Top each piece with brie and return to the broiler for an additional 2 minutes until melted.
  7. Add pear slices on top along with fresh herbs, then broil again until fragrant.
  8. Drizzle with balsamic reduction before serving.
