  • 8 cups fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
  • cup granulated sugar
  • cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour (divided)
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon (divided)
  • cup salted butter, room temperature
  • 1 cups old-fashioned oats
  • teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400F. Butter a 9×9 baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix peaches, granulated sugar, 2 tablespoons flour, cornstarch, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, and salt. Pour into the prepared pan.
  3. In the same bowl, combine brown sugar, remaining flour ( cup), butter, and oats until clumpy. Spread evenly over the peach mixture.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Cool for 10 minutes before serving.
