  • Better Than Bouillon Roasted Garlic Base
  • Salt
  • Black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Grease a baking dish with butter and sprinkle grated parmesan cheese on the bottom.
  3. In a saucepan over low heat, combine heavy cream, butter, fresh herbs, salt, black pepper, and garlic base. Stir until melted and steamy.
  4. Thinly slice the Yukon Gold potatoes using a mandoline slicer.
  5. Layer the potato slices diagonally in the prepared baking dish without overlapping too much.
  6. Pour the cream mixture evenly over the layered potatoes and cover tightly with greased aluminum foil.
