  • Sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons bourbon
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Season the cod fillets with sea salt and let them come to room temperature.
