  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat the pork tenderloin dry and rub with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and thyme.
  3. Sear the seasoned pork in a hot skillet until golden brown on all sides (about 3-4 minutes per side).
  4. Transfer to a baking dish and bake for about 25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C). Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  5. To make the sauce, melt butter in the same skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant, then stir in heavy cream and Dijon mustard. Add chicken broth, salt, and pepper; simmer until slightly thickened.
  6. Serve sliced pork drizzled with sauce and garnished with fresh parsley.
