  • 1 cup bittersweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream (whipping)
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 cup plus 2 tablespoons heavy cream (whipping, divided use)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (milk, bittersweet, or a combination)
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream (whipping)
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon white corn syrup
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust by crushing Ritz crackers and mixing with melted salted butter. Press into a pie dish.
  2. Make the chocolate filling by melting bittersweet chocolate chips with heavy cream, then combining with cream cheese and peanut butter.
  3. Layer half of the filling over the crust, sprinkle mini marshmallows and chopped pecans, then add the remaining filling on top.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour before serving.
