  • 26 Oreos
  • 3 (8-ounce) blocks cream cheese
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • cup sour cream
  • 1 cup finely chopped white chocolate
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 large egg yolk
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 12 Oreos (crushed)
  • ? cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped semisweet chocolate
  • 1 tablespoon heavy cream
  • cup powdered sugar
  • 7 Oreos

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F (175C). Crush 26 Oreos and mix with melted butter to form the crust. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  2. Beat cream cheese until smooth, then mix in sugar, salt, sour cream, vanilla extract, eggs, and flour until combined. Fold in crushed Oreos.
  3. Pour filling over the crust and bake for about 70 minutes until set but slightly wobbly in the center.
  4. For ganache, melt white chocolate with heavy cream; cool slightly before drizzling over cooled cheesecake.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 8 hours before serving. Top with whipped cream and crushed Oreos.
