  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 cup long-grain white rice
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season steak with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika. Cook for 3–4 minutes until browned; remove from skillet.
  2. In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium, add butter and garlic; sauté for 1 minute.

  4. Pour in beef broth; bring to a boil, then cover and simmer on low heat for 15 minutes until liquid is absorbed.
  5. Fluff rice with a fork, return steak to skillet; stir to combine and heat through for an additional 2–3 minutes.
