  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes (canned or fresh)

  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
