  • 1 lb smoked sausage (Andouille or Kielbasa), sliced
  • 12 oz pasta (penne or fusilli)
  • 1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 oz), with juices
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
